To welcome you throughout the day, we have at your disposal three rooms (80 seats) that have retained their “charm of yesteryear” and a sunny terrace of 160 seats.
- In the morning, to start a day full of vitality, nothing like a hearty breakfast. If the weather is sunny, why not on the terrace?
- At lunchtime, enjoy our recipes inspired by local flavors (Valaisan plate, salads, cheese crusts, fondue (homemade mix), grilled meats, pasta …). We prepare various dishes with local products (Val d’illiez calves, Barmaz cabris, alpine cheese, apricot, prunes …
As soon as the season comes, the Chanterelles are waiting for you and in mid-September, gamewill be on the menu.
A range of Valais wines (Fendant, Petite Arvine, Syrah, Pinot noir, …) will be offered to accompany your meals as well as possible.
- In the afternoon, the restaurant becomes a place of conviviality where it is pleasant to relax with friends or family over a drink or for a small snack (pies with blueberries, ice cream, …)
- In the evening, tired but happy with your day, you can relax around a bonfire, for an aperitif with friends before enjoying our specialties (Cholera, fondue, …)
The hike was longer than expected? No problem, our team will serve you a complete meal at any time.
